節能元件PFC

節能元件(PFC)集團旗下研發團隊設於台灣，並主要以改善產品性能、開發新產品及技術為重心。集團的離散式功率半導體使用由集團內部研發團隊開發的自有專利元件結構及製造方法。於最後實際可行日期，集團持有在美國、台灣及中國就其離散式功率半導體的元件結構及╱或製造方法註冊的46項專利。

　1. PFC SR MOSFET mainly focus on synchronous rectifier applications.
　2. PFC SJ (Super Junction) MOSFET technology is the ideal choice for the PFC and PWM application.
⦁ Bridge Rectifiers(Focus on 0.5A/0.8A/1.6A, 800V/100V samll package).
